Will Manchester City continue their winning ways at Chelsea?

The column landed a 2/1 winner last time out in the shape of Tottenham to beat Southampton and both teams to score, but failed to turn a profit overall as Arsenal were held at Old Trafford. The Premier League action continues this weekend and there's another huge game as Manchester City travel to Chelsea.

Running total: -£3.93

The Banker

Manchester City are red-hot favourites with the bookies to defend their Premier League title but face another huge test of their credentials when they head to Stamford Bridge. Pep Guardiola's men are 10/11 for the victory and it's hard to make a case against them at the moment. They changed their entire back four for Tuesday's 2-1 win at Watford and have some serious strength in depth. With this in mind the away win looks a solid play here at a shade under even money. Punters who like a bet in-play would also do well to remember that City have won all 20 of their games this season in which they've scored in the first half.

Selection: £5.50 on Manchester City to win at 10/11 with bet365.

The First Goal Flutter

Leroy Sane has had a hand in 37 Premier League goals for Manchester City since the start of last season, scoring 17 and laying on 20 assists and the powerful German youngster looks a big price at 15/2 to score first against Chelsea. Maurizio Sarri's side won't sit back, and Sane has the pace and skill to cause them all manner of problems on the counter.

Selection: £2 on Sane to score first at 15/2 with bet365.

The Tasty Treble

Leicester City are proving a tough side to beat lately but you would fancy Tottenham at evens to get a result at the King Power. Harry Kane scored in midweek and can help fire Spurs to another win against the Foxes. Elsewhere, Cardiff City look a big price at 9/5 to beat Southampton. The axe fell recently on Mark Hughes but it remains to be seen how quickly Ralph Hasenhuttl can turn things around for the Saints. Finally, Arsenal are 8/11 to beat Huddersfield Town by more than a goal and on current form that looks a formality. Unai Emery has got the Gunners playing some exciting football and they should be too hot for the Terriers, who just don't score enough goals. The treble pays over 8/1 with bet365 and looks decent.

Selection: £2 on the treble at 8.67/1 with bet365.

The Euro Wager

Barcelona are optimistic that Luis Suarez will be fit enough to face Espanyol this weekend. The former Liverpool and Ajax striker has bagged nine goals and provided six assists in 18 appearances for the Blaugrana so far this season, but he has missed the last couple of matches with a knee problem. Espanyol are enjoying a good season under new boss Rubi but they've rarely held the upper hand in the Catalan derby and a bet on Barcelona to win and both teams to score at almost 2/1 looks the most obvious play.

Selection: £4 on Barcelona to win and both teams to score at 15/8 with bet365.

The Wildcard Tip

Mohamed Salah was only named among the subs for Liverpool's midweek victory against Burnley so should be fresh and raring to go ahead of the Reds' trip to Bournemouth. Salah is enjoying another decent season for Liverpool and is a 7/2 shot to score first. Doubling Salah to score first with Harry Kane to do likewise for Spurs against Leicester gives a first goal-scorer double with bet365 paying a meaty 17/1.

Selection: £2 on Salah - Kane first goalscorer double at 17/1 with bet365.
