Man United to tempt Neymar as Barca enter contract talks with the Brazilian

The summer transfer window will be opening before you know it, and rumours around the world are picking up steam. As always, Transfer Talk has its finger on the pulse when it comes to the latest gossip. See the latest deals here.

TOP STORY: Man United to tempt Neymar

Manchester United are reportedly pursuing a bid to prise Neymar away from Barcelona, despite the striker being in talks to sign a new five-year contract. Globo Esporte (via the Express) reckon the Brazil international's new deal would include a big pay rise and an increase in his release clause to £170 million, but in the meantime United are said to be one of several clubs with offers on the table in an attempt to turn Neymar's head.

Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are the other sides to have approached the player who will meet the Barcelona board next week for talks about his future.

Chelsea eye up Diego Costa replacements

Chelsea are attempting to recruit a big-name striker to replace Diego Costa this summer, with Gonzalo Higuain, Romelu Lukaku and Alvaro Morata all under consideration. According to the Mail, Antonio Conte is realistic about Costa's desire to return to Spain and with Loic Remy also set to depart the club, they are looking light in attack.

Juventus forward Morata is said to work out the cheapest of the trio, with Lukaku, who would count as a homegrown player, valued at £65m. Higuain, who notched 36 goals in 35 Serie A games for Napoli this season, has a £72m release clause.

Arsenal to snatch up Sissoko

Arsenal are looking to profit from Newcastle's relegation from the Premier League by making a move for £10m-rated midfielder Moussa Sissoko, the Mirror reports.

Along with the expected signing of Switzerland international Granit Xhaka from Borussia Monchengladbach, it looks as if Arsene Wenger is attempting to tie up the majority of his transfer business early in an effort to avoid inflation from this summer's European Championship. And 26-year-old France international Sissoko, who has been a long-term target for the Gunners, looks certain to move on from St James' Park following demotion to the Championship.

- Any club hoping to poach Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid could be in for disappointment with the France international rumoured to be close to signing a new contract with a €100m release clause. The Mirror reports that Griezmann -- a target for Chelsea, PSG and Real Madrid -- will put pen to paper on the new deal before Euro 2016.

- West Ham are preparing a new contract for Aaron Cresswell in light of interest from Manchester City and Liverpool, according to the Mail. The 26-year-old left-back signed a new five-year contract just last summer but having been a virtual ever-present for the Hammers in their best season in years, he is attracting interest from elsewhere.

- Tottenham are prepared to sell Son Heung-Min if they can make back the £22m paid to Bayer Leverkusen for the South Korean last summer, reports the Telegraph. Nabil Bentaleb and Ryan Mason could also depart as part of a summer shakeup with Spurs likely to demand £10m each for the pair.

- Benfica defender Victor Lindelof is being tracked by Barcelona and Real Madrid, according to Spanish newspaper AS (via the Mirror). The 21-year-old Sweden international still has four years to run on his contract and Benfica have put a €40m valuation on his head in an effort to ward off potential suitors.
