Monaco's Kylian Mbappe mustn't rush into big-money move - Karim Benzema

With talks of Dortmund eyeing Monaco's Kylian Mbappe, Raf Honigstein thinks the youngster's price tag may now be too large.

Karim Benzema hopes to finish his career at Real Madrid but believes Monaco's teenage star Kylian Mbappe should wait before following in his footsteps by making a move abroad.

Benzema, 29, made the switch from Lyon to Madrid in 2009 and has established himself as one of Europe's top strikers at the Santiago Bernabeu, winning two Champions Leagues and a La Liga title.

Media reports last month suggested Madrid are this summer ready to extend the France international's contract beyond its current expiry...

Real Madrid president hints at Karim Benzema-Kylian Mbappe strike force

France coach Didier Deschamps has said he has been highly impressed by Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has hinted at the possibility of signing Monaco youngster Kylian Mbappe to form a strike partnership with French compatriot Karim Benzema.

Mbappe, 18, is one of Europe's hottest property at the moment, and has been courted by Real previously. The Monaco forward revealed in December last year that he rejected Real and opted for Monaco, despite Zinedine Zidane's persuasive attempts.

Real are apparently readying a €80 million bid in the offseason for Mbappe...
