Marton Fulop, former Hungary keeper, dies aged 32 after battle with cancer

Marton Fulop played for a number of clubs in Hungary, England and Greece.

Former Hungary goalkeeper Marton Fulop has died of cancer at the age of 32.

Fulop, who played for clubs including Sunderland, Leicester and Manchester City, announced in 2013 that he was taking a break from the game after having a malignant tumour removed from his arm

The Hungarian football federation posted a message on its official website on Thursday confirming Fulop's death and "expressing its deep sympathy on behalf of the Hungarian football family."

Facundo Parra made Besiktas pay for their profligacy in front of goal as Asteras Tripolis began their first-ever Europa League campaign with a 1-1 draw at the Ataturk Olimpiyat Stadium.
