Gustavo Bou scored the go-ahead goal in the 86th minute, and the New England Revolution snapped a three-match winless rut with a 2-1 home victory over the Chicago Fire on Saturday night at Foxboro, Mass.

With the match looking as if it would finish on level terms, Bou took advantage of a Fire turnover and blasted a left-footed shot from the top of the box and well past keeper Kenneth Kronholm for his fifth goal.
