ESPN FC's Jason Dasey gives an inside look at the 2015 Malaysia Cup final as Selangor were crowned champions for the 33rd time.

Kedah are set to appoint Spain's Ramon 'Marco' Marcote as head coach of the Malaysia Super League (MSL) club for 2018.

Malaysia promote Tan Cheng Hoe to head coach in place of Nelo Vingada

The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) appointed Tan Cheng Hoe as the new head coach of the national team on Thursday, just a day after the resignation of Nelo Vingada.

Tan is very familiar with the national team set-up, having served as assistant coach under K. Rajagobal from 2009 to 2013 and under Vingada since his appointment in May of this year.

FA Cup champions Kedah denied entry to 2018 AFC Cup

Malaysia FA Cup champions Kedah will miss out on next year's AFC Cup after the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) revealed that they had failed to meet the deadline to obtain the necessary licence.

Kedah had qualified for the competition after winning May's final. But their place is now likely to go to Pahang, whom they beat 3-2 at Shah Alam Stadium.

A statement on the FAM website outlined the reasons why they were unable to issue the license.

"With regards to Kedah, it is very clear that only...
