Slaven Bilic has said West Ham United are not asking for "anything crazy" as they hope to resolve the future of wantaway star Dimitri Payet.

Payet, 29, is still training with the under-23 squad while the Hammers hierarchy haggle with Marseille, the club he wants to rejoin for personal reasons.

The club said on Thursday that the France international would not be sold on the cheap after he refused to play against Crystal Palace on Saturday, and have already turned down two bids.

Lassana Diarra to be paid €6m by FIFA, Belgian FA after winning court case

19-year-old Maxime Lopez won the Ligue 1 player of the month award for December and is being compared to Andres Iniesta.

A Belgian court has ruled FIFA and the Royal Belgian Football Association (KBVB) share the blame for Lassana Diarra's transfer to Charleroi falling through in 2015 and must now pay the midfielder €6 million.

The court in Charleroi ruled FIFA had infringed EU law concerning the freedom of movement by stating that any club that signed Diarra could be jointly liable with the Frenchman to pay the €10m fine he owes Lokomotiv Moscow.
