Kevin Muscat
Melbourne Victory coach Kevin Muscat is worried about the schedule of the FFA Cup and A-League games.

Melbourne Victory coach Kevin Muscat isn't ready to focus on the first A-League derby in the FFA Cup but he has some advice for the organisers.

Within half an hour of qualifying for the semifinals with a 2-0 win over Bentleigh Greens on Tuesday night, the draw for the next round threw up an FFA Cup first.

Victory will play Melbourne City in a blockbuster semifinal next month in a draw that has delighted tournament organisers as well as both sets of fans.

1. He works best as an attacker, but not as a No. 9

Melbourne have given Colazo the No. 9 shirt, which has raised a fair few eyebrows back here in his homeland, because he's anything but a typical centre-forward.

Melbourne City sign Boca Juniors' Nicolas Colazo as their new marquee

Joining the club as a nine-year-old, Nicolas Colazo, left, went on to make 105 appearances for Boca Juniors.

Melbourne City have completed their squad for the A-League season ahead, having landed Argentinian winger Nicolas Colazo from Boca Juniors.

Colazo, 26, trained with City for the first time on Tuesday morning at AAMI Park ahead but won't play in the club's FFA Cup quarterfinal against the Western Sydney Wanderers on Wednesday night.

City have yet to complete the paperwork surrounding the left-sided player's marquee move from Boca Juniors, which wraps up coach John van 't Schip's offseason shopping.
