Leonardo uneasy about Paris Saint-Germain comeback

Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic says controversies won't bring him down, and he will stay at the top.
Leonardo was PSG's sporting director between 2011 and 2013.

Leonardo has told RMC it will be "difficult to return to Paris Saint-Germain" as he ponders his future in football.

Leonardo, 45, helped bring a number of high-profile names to PSG, including Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Thiago Silva and Edinson Cavani, during his two-year posting as the club's sporting director between 2011 and 2013.

However, media in both France and Spain have repeatedly reported the Brazil international, who is out of contract in the summer, is poised to join the French champions, although Alves himself has denied those claims and said he is happy at the Camp Nou.

The striker and the midfielder are both expected to leave the Serie A club at the end of the season, with Zamparini admitting Palermo are unlikely to keep either.

But he has already insisted that neither would be sold on the cheap, warning that Argentinian striker Dybala would cost at least €40 million, with...

Marquinhos' new PSG deal is a shrewd move for the club's future

Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic says controversies won't bring him down, and he will stay at the top.

Before Brazil's 3-1 win over France at Stade de France on Thursday, Paris was alight with chatter about one of the Selecao's star defenders in Marquinhos. However, the Paris Saint-Germain man was not in action against Les Bleus because of an injury picked up after a gruelling few weeks leading into the international break as the defending French champions fight for success on four fronts.

The reason for Marquinhos being the focus of much of the pre-match discussion was the fact that PSG made it official...
