Arsene Wenger advises Arsenal scout to take Shamrock Rovers chance
Arsenal scout Stephen Bradley says he was given Arsene Wenger's blessing to take over as caretaker manager of Irish club Shamrock Rovers.
Bradley, 31, a former Arsenal academy player, is now the club's main scout for Ireland and Northern Ireland.
And so when he was asked to take temporary charge of Rovers after Pat Fenlon was sacked he felt he needed to ask the Arsenal manager first.
