Australian forward Mark Bridge has joined Chiang Rai United from Western Sydney Wanderers.

Former Socceroo Mark Bridge has brought down the curtain on an 11-year A-League career by signing with ambitious Thailand club Chiang Rai United.

The 30-year-old joins Chiang Rai United from Western Sydney Wanderers where he enjoyed four successful seasons, winning the AFC Champions League in 2014 after the Australians beat Al-Hilal in the final.

Coach Teerasak Po-on hopes that Bridge can help his side break into the Premier League of Thailand's top five, building on a solid start to their campaign....

Steven Lustica has found a fourth A-League home, signing for the Western Sydney Wanderers on a two-year deal.

The talented 25-year-old was released by Brisbane Roar at the end of the 2015-16 season and will help fill the midfield hole at the Wanderers left by departing Spaniard Andreu.

"It didn't take a lot of convincing to see what's happening at the Wanderers with the set-up there, the club is growing every year and it's something that I wanted to be a part of," Lustica said.

Western Sydney Wanderers playmaker Mitch Nichols has been fined AU$1,000 for his offensive gesture towards Brisbane fans following last month's thrilling A-League semifinal win over the Roar.

Football Federation Australia (FFA) cited Nichols after the former long-serving Brisbane player ran 50 metres at Pirtek Stadium to deliver the offensive gesture and blow kisses towards the Brisbane fans.

Despite the Roar filing a formal complaint, Nichols remained free to play in the Grand Final against Adelaide...

Liam Reddy spent five months at Pirtek Stadium, making six appearances.

Western Sydney have parted ways with mid-season A-League signing Liam Reddy following the conclusion of his contract.

The 34-year-old goalkeeper joined the Wanderers in December after spending nearly two months in isolation while seeking a move away from Central Coast.

Reddy was briefly elevated to first-choice between the posts and made six appearances, including two clean sheets, before he was dropped in place of Andrew Redmayne for the club's finals campaign.
