Brighton have four in Championship Team of the Year, Sessegnon in

Brighton and Hove Albion's Spanish forward, Vicente, discusses Brighton's promotion push to the Premier League and how injury has blighted his international career.

Newly promoted Brighton & Hove Albion have four players in the PFA Championship Team of the Year, while Fulham teenager Ryan Sessegnon is also included.

Brighton sealed promotion to the Premier League on Monday and have the core of their defence included, alongside Anthony Knockaert.

Newcastle also have three players included: defender Jamaal Lascelles, midfielder Jonjo Shelvey and striker Dwight Gayle.

The league's top scorer, 25-goal Chris Wood, is also included.
