Juventus' success has come thanks to buying likes of Pirlo, Pogba, Khedira on cheap

ESPN FC's Paolo Bandini says that Juventus would welcome Alvaro Morata back to Turin with open arms if the price is right.

In Italy, a complaint often levelled at Juventus is that they win because they're rich. Cannibalising their league, they tore Gonzalo Higuain from Maurizio Sarri's clutches at Napoli and lured Miralem Pjanic away from Roma, effectively robbing them of their creativity. Juve not only bought the best but they weakened their rivals.

However, while the Bianconeri do have a habit of buying a star player here and there, their success has, by and large, been built upon the shoulders of their bargain buys....


Chicago Cubs owners interested in buying AC Milan

The owners of the Chicago Cubs are interested in taking over AC Milan, whose present ownership was cast into further doubt on Friday.

The Ricketts family, who bought one of America's more valuable baseball teams in 2009, released a statement saying they wanted to buy a controlling stake in the Serie A club, whose ownership has faced uncertainty in recent months.
