Hellas Verona star Luca Toni could win Serie A Golden Boot award at age of 38

Hellas Verona have benefited hugely this season from Luca Toni's impressive form in front of goal.

Luca Toni rose to the top of the Serie A goalscoring charts on Sunday two days short of his 38th birthday, breaking the 20-goal mark in a season for the sixth time in his career and setting his sights on a second Serie A golden boot award.

Two goals against Parma took Toni one ahead of Juventus' Carlos Tevez and Inter's Mauro Icardi as Serie A's current Capocannoniere to 21 goals.

Next weekend the 37-year-old -- who celebrates his birthday on Tuesday -- will come up against Juve and Tevez hoping...

Carlo Ancelotti speaks as speculation over his Real Madrid future continues to mount.

AC Milan's general manager Adriano Galliani will fly to Madrid on Monday, where he is expected to hold talks with Carlo Ancelotti about returning to the Serie A club next season.

Although Galliani would not fully reveal what the purpose of his visit was, he did suggest that he was there for an Italian.
