Lens manager Antoine Kombouare is '90 percent' sure he'll step down

Current Lens boss Antoine Kombouare was sacked as PSG manager in late December 2011 after two-and-a-half seasons at the helm of the club.
Antoine Kombouare is set to leave Lens despite havnig a year left on his contract.

Antoine Kombouare is "90 percent" sure he will leave Lens following their relegation from Ligue 1.

The Pas-de-Calais club will definitely finish bottom of the league when the season ends on Saturday, and former Paris Saint-Germain boss Kombouare is not convinced he is the right man to lead a fresh push for promotion.

He told L'Equipe: "In my head, I'm 90 percent leaving, but there is a remaining 10 percent there because I have a year left on my contract.

"There's nothing to say I won't be there to guide our recovery if there is a way for that to become a possibility.

"Right now, I want to find another ambitious project, in France or abroad -- in England, for example."
