Stewart Robson discusses Jose Mourinho's approach when dealing with Manchester United's squad.

Anthony Martial has said Manchester United must adapt to "really cold" weather when they travel to Ukraine to face Zorya Luhansk in the Europa League on Thursday.

A draw will be enough to take United through to the round of 32, while Zorya -- who lost 1-0 at Old Trafford in September -- are certain to finish bottom of the group.

Odessa, rather than Luhansk, is the host city because of conflict in Ukraine.

And with temperatures close to freezing, Martial told MUTV: "It is very different -- not just...

LONDON - Tottenham Hotspur's players are desperate to play in the Europa League, according to forward Son Heung-Min, who feels he is back to his best after scoring the "best goal of his career" on Saturday.

Tottenham's hopes of reaching the Champions League knockout stages were ended by last month's 2-1 loss at Monaco but they are guaranteed to drop into the Europa League if they avoid defeat against CSKA Moscow in Wednesday's final group game.

It is an argument that pops up every so often, particularly in England: When a club participating in the Europa League club does worse than expected domestically, the blame is placed squarely on European competition. On Sunday, former Manchester United defender Gary Neville was the latest to make the point:

The argument...

Zorya Luhansk are reportedly planning a "high level" of security for the visit of Manchester United, whose fans have been asked not to wear colours by their own club.

United club secretary John Alexander wrote to supporters travelling to the Ukraine and gave the advice on colours, reassuring fans that they would be refunded if they did not feel safe enough to go.

Man United's post-Europa League struggles are real this season

Craig Burley says Manchester United are in a 'hell of a mess' and doesn't see them turning it around anytime soon.

Manchester United appear to be suffering in Premier League matches that have followed Europa League games, but a key question to ask is "how much?" and what effect has it had. In the wake of Sunday's 1-1 home draw vs. West Ham, former defender Gary Neville strongly argued that the Europa League participation is hurting United, describing it as "a killer."

Manager Jose Mourinho had suggested at the start of the season that the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool, currently first and second in the table...
